Privacy Policy
This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it plain, and we keep it honest.
Effective 22 June 2026
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how AI4U, a brand of Spectral Point AI ("AI4U", "we", "us"), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit ai4u.life (the "Site") or contact us through it. It applies to information we handle as a controller. By using the Site, you agree to this policy.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
When you submit our contact form, we collect the details you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, and the message you write. You decide what to share with us.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting and form providers may automatically record limited technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, referring page, and the pages you view. This is used for security, troubleshooting, and to keep the Site running.
We do not currently run advertising or behavioral tracking. If that changes, we will update this policy before doing so.
3. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- respond to your enquiry and discuss working together;
- provide, operate, secure, and improve the Site;
- maintain records of our communications with you; and
- comply with our legal obligations.
4. Legal bases for processing
For visitors in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, we rely on the following legal bases: your consent (which you may withdraw at any time), our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and operating the Site, and compliance with legal obligations.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
The Site uses only the cookies and local storage that are strictly necessary for it to function (for example, to remember a draft of your form submission). We do not use non-essential or advertising cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings. If we add analytics or other non-essential cookies in future, we will ask for your consent first.
6. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising. We share information only:
- with service providers who help us run the Site and our business (for example, hosting and form-handling providers), under contracts that limit how they may use it;
- where required by law, regulation, or valid legal process; and
- in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will notify you of any change.
7. Client material and confidentiality
If you engage us, any material you share to build your system is used to train your system and only your system. It is never used to answer for, or shared with, any other client. You remain the owner of your content and your accounts, and your system can be updated or retired at your request. Confidentiality terms are set out in the agreement we sign with each client.
8. Data retention
We keep the information you submit for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain a record of our relationship, and then only as long as required by law. You can ask us to delete it sooner, as described below.
9. Data security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. International data transfers
We and our service providers may process your information in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we take steps to ensure it is protected in line with applicable law.
11. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. California residents have rights under the CCPA, including the right to know and to delete, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below and we will respond within the time required by law.
12. Children's privacy
The Site is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
13. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, and we encourage you to review their policies.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above, and the current version will always be available on this page.
15. Contact us
